Who we are
Guapa Lolita (owner Eline Ploum) sells handmade silk dresses via this website. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this statement. Guapa Lolita is a trade name of E.P. Grafische Vormgeving, Mercatorstraat 26, 5911 AN Venlo, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 57330204. Email: help@guapalolita.com.
Which data we collect
When you order: name, email address, delivery and billing address, order details and payment status. Resellers additionally give company name, contact person, phone number and VAT number, and create an account with email and password. When you email us, we keep your message.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, handle payments and returns, manage reseller accounts, answer your questions and meet our legal (tax) obligations. The legal basis is the performance of the agreement, legal obligations and, for map cookies, your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to serve you: Mollie (payments), our shipping partner (delivery), our hosting and database provider, and Google Maps if you accept cookies. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years because of the tax retention obligation. Reseller accounts are kept as long as the account exists. Emails are deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies and local storage
We store your bag, wishlist, language and cookie choice in your browser; this is necessary for the shop to work. Google Maps is only loaded after you accept cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Your data is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. Payments are handled entirely by Mollie; we never see your card details.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, object to processing or ask for a copy. Email help@guapalolita.com and we'll answer within a month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
